Crowd turns out for OTF
 
The Ohio Tobacco Festival is always packed during the day on Saturday.
RIPLEY - The annual Ohio Tobacco Festival once again brought individuals from all over Ohio and Kentucky to Ripley this year to celebrate tobacco's role in the development of southwestern Ohio.
