Dorothy Mae Baker, age 89 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Georgetown, Ohio.
She was a retired sewing machine operator for Keepfit Surgical Appliances in Ripley, Ohio. Dorothy was born June 18, 1921 in New Richmond, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles R. and Florence Mae (Nichols) Ireton. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter - Doris Mae Hargus and three brothers - Robert, John and Charles Ireton.
Ms. Baker is survived by five children - Earl Larry Mahan of Great Bends, Kansas, Frank A. Scheidt of Savannah, Georgia, Michael J. Scheidt of Batavia, Ohio, Donna Fay Lytle of Newark, Ohio and Debra S. Scheidt of Georgetown, Ohio; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Monday, August 2, 2010 at the Felicity Cemetery in Felicity, Ohio. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Monday at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio.
