In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the west door of the courthouse on the square in Georgetown, Ohio, in the above named County, on Monday, the 17th day of December, 2012, at 1:00 o'clock P.M., the following described real estate, situate in the County of Brown and State of Ohio, and in the Township of Perry to-wit:
Being situated in W. Hooper's Military Survey No. 1415, in the Village of Saint Martin, Township of Perry in the County of Brown in the State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a reference point at a spike found at the intersection of State Route No. 251 and Park Road No. 9; thence with the centerline of said Park Road, North 84 degrees 32' 00" West, a distance of 674.25 feet to a spike found in said centerline of Park Road and being the real point of beginning; thence with a division line through the original 3.84 acres, South 22 degrees 30' 03" West, passing an iron pin set at 20.92 feet to a distance of 261.47 feet to an iron pin set in the line of Raymond Maher as recorded in Volume 101, Page 57; thence with said Maher's line, North 84 degrees 32' 00" West, a distance of 191.63 feet to an iron pin found in the line of a 1.63 Acres of Joan Hawk, et al; thence with two lines of said Hawk, North 35 degrees 32' 07" East, a distance of 108.78 feet to an iron pin found; thence North 38 degrees 28' 06" East, a distance of 185.86 feet to a spike found in the centerline of the aforementioned Park Road; thence with said centerline South 84 degrees 32' 00" East, a distance of 112.50 feet to the beginning, containing 0.855 acres more or less, being a part of the original 3.84 acres of the premises transferred to Richard E. Rankin and Mary M. Rankin in Volume 200, Page 618 and subject to all legal highways and easements.
Bearings are magnetic and based upon the South 84 degrees 32' 00" East line along Park Road.
A survey of this property was made by Robert E. Satterfield, Surveyor No. 4238, West Union, Ohio, on March 26, 1987.
