In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the west door of the courthouse on the square in Georgetown, Ohio, in the above named County, on Monday, the 4th day of February, 2013, at 1:00 o'clock P.M., the following described real estate, situate in the County of Brown and State of Ohio, and in the Township of Perry to-wit:
Situated in A. Perkins Survey No. 2590, Perry Township, Brown County, Ohio, and being bounded and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Fayetteville-Blanchester Road, said beginning point being North 5 deg. 23' 00" East a distance of 1552.85 feet from the centerline intersection of Fayetteville-Blanchester Road and Vera Cruz Road; thence from said beginning point and with the centerline of Fayetteville-Blanchester Road, North 5 deg. 23' 00" East a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 82 deg. 20' 46" East a distance of 1238.23 feet to an iron pin on the line of Roy and Pauline Stewart; thence with the line of Stewart South 6 deg. 42' 00" West a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 82 deg. 20' 35" West a distance of 1235.94 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.839 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
