The annual Shane Morgan Memorial Scholarship for 2015 was recently awarded to Keisha Palmer. Palmer is a 2015 Manchester graduate and plans to attend Morehead State University this fall where she plans to major in early education. She is the daughter of Shawn and Kristy Palmer of Manchester.
This is the 11th annual Morgan scholarship awarded since Morgan’s untimely death in June 2005. Jeremy and Jan Campbell personally award this $1,000 scholarship annually to a local graduating senior.
Keisha Palmer, a 2015 graduate of Manchester High School, is the recipient of the annual Shane Morgan Memorial Scholarship.
