Lori Jean Patrick, age 49 of Sardinia, Ohio died Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, Ohio. She was a teacher for Western Brown Local School District. Lori was born September 20, 1968 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of Ronald and Patricia (Glover) Ballein of Ripley, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother – Jane Ann Ballein and maternal grandparents – Paul and Gracie Glover.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Patrick is survived by her husband – Keith Patrick; one daughter, Katie Smith and husband Josh of Georgetown, Ohio; one son – Kyle Patrick (Brittany Fite) of Georgetown, Ohio; three grandchildren – Jackson Smith, Clara Jane Smith and Cameron Fite; one brother – Brian Ballein and wife Kelly of Lake Waynoka, Ohio; two sisters – Bobbie Knabb and husband Mike of Sardinia, Ohio, Susan Dotson and husband Mark of Lake Waynoka, Ohio; paternal grandfather – Robert Ballein and many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Kevin Hamilton will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the funeral home.
